Following our Annual General Meeting on 4th November 2020, we are pleased to announce that we have a new Chairman – Martin Miles.

Martin is stepping up from his role as Company Secretary and we wish him the very best in leading the club and taking us forward !

Bredon AFC are a members only club, and membership is payable annually at 1st September. 

Please speak to Nicky Wood or Steve Hill to pay for your social membership, your football manager for the Senior football teams and Juniors their families should have paid through the junior siging on process.

Clubhouse – Members only

Member requirements, rules, and legal requirements on members effective 24^th September 2020 until further notice:

• HANDS
  – Sanitise hands on entry (& exit) of club as well as regularly during your visit.
  
  
• FACE
  – You must wear a face mask in enclosed spaces, and AT ALL TIMES except            when you are seated at a table to eat or drink.
  
  –           Bredon AFC Face masks are available to purchase if required.
  
  –           People who are already exempt from the existing face covering obligations,      such as because of an underlying health condition, will continue to be     exempt from these new obligations, but must provide evidence to the bar manager (Nicky Wood 07768 658170) prior to coming to the club so that we           can ensure this is managed and understood by the club beforehand.
  
  
• SPACE
  – Stay 2 metres apart where possible, or 1 metre with extra precautions in          
  
  
• Guidance stating that face coverings and visors should be worn in close contact services will now become law (from 24^th September 2020).
  
  
• You must sign in using the NHS Track & Trace App (see separate notice with QR code detailed), alternatively you must sign in with details of all people with you sitting at your table, and provide mobile (or landline telephone number), as well as e-mail address or track and trace purposes for each visit. This will be held, managed & disposed of in accordance with government guidelines
  
  
• Bredon AFC will be subject to the COVID-19 Secure requirements in law and fines of up to £10,000 for repeated breaches.
  
  OUR STAFF HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO CLOSE THE BAR IMMEDIATELY AND CLUB COMMITTEE WILL RECONSIDER IT’S POSITION ON OPENING DURING THESE TOUGH TIMES AND COULD CLOSE ENTIRLY IF OUR MEMBERS OR APPROVED GUEST DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY OUR STAFF OR AS REQUIRED BY LAW OR GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS OR GUIDANCE.
  
  
• WE CANNOT AFFORD TO BE FINED AND WILL HAVE TO CLOSE IF OUR MEMBERS DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAW AND INSTRUCTIONS OF OUR STAFF.
  
  
• Please keep away from the bar area and common areas clear, and always maintain social distancing
  
  
• Seating is as provided (i.e. no tables chair or stools to be moved or relocated at all), and no standing anywhere – you must be seated !!.
  
  
• Follow the one-way system within the clubhouse and always maintain social distancing
  
  
• The toilet system is a one in, one out system, i.e. one person at a time in each toilet maximum and no congregating or queuing in the entrance hall (please wait until the toilets are clear.
  
  
• You will receive a fresh glass for each drink
  
  
• Each table is limited to 6 people maximum.
  
  
• You may socialise in a group of up to 6 people from different households
  
  
• There will be NO table service outside unless specifically agreed by the bar manager on a case by case basis.
  
  
• Please always remain seated, except for toilet visits, entry or exit to the clubhouse, and support our staff to seek to ensure your and their safety
  
  
• Please pay by contactless card
  
  
• Please note that we have to close and lock the clubhouse at 10pm, this is the time all members have to vacate the premises by (this is not last orders time, you have to leave by 10pm sharp).
